Env prints envelopes. It creates a database of addresses that can be used to print envelopes. The user may print one or many envelopes at a time. Enter addresses. Select 'Print this one', 'Print marked', or 'Print all'. 'Print marked' will print envelopes for records selected (marked with a checkmark) in the 'Print' column. A preview of text to be printed is then shown. Press F4 to print the envelope(s). A three-second delay will occur between printing each different envelope, to give the user a chance to cancel printing. Blank lines (e.g., country) will be skipped. Printing will be adjusted so that the address is 'bottom-adjusted', or prints towards the bottom of the envelope. Multiple copies of each envelope can be printed by adjusting the 'Copies' setting.
