The E Scanner app is designed to scan and analyze the food additives (E Numbers) and to determine the status of hazards of the product. The manually entered food additives codes or a photo image of the label of ingredients are used for the analysis.The E Scanner app can also be used as the guide of the food additives (E Numbers).The program uses a technology called optical character recognition (OCR). This technology is not 100% guarantee of correct recognition of images. The E Scanner app has the editing mode to correct a possible errors of the scanning results.
